The well drilling industry captured Wayne's fascination over 35 years ago.  Wayne worked for a family of well drillers for many years before taking the leap of faith and starting his own business.  His hard work and persistence shined through, now operating a successful company of his own.

With the drilling landscape of northern Wisconsin being so diverse, it has led him to be well educated in many different forms of geology and drilling.  Wayne has a good understanding of the areas expansive geological layers, aquifers and water qualities.  Now, passing along that wealth of knowledge and expertise to his son Devin, who is operating the drill rig today.
